Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of best rated robot vacuum vacuums and mops can be customized using an application that allows you to save the maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also adjust the suction power, and how much water your mop uses.

A mapping function helps your robot navigate around rooms. A feature for avoiding obstacles prevents it from running over furniture, wires or other toys. These are must-have features in my home, which is filled with toys scattered around.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the flagship mop and vacuum cleaner, so it naturally comes with a host of features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and lift its mop pads or brushes so that soft surfaces don't get wet. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to identify pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is the highest power of any robot vacuum we have test so far. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation to track its location, which prevents it from getting stuck on objects.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in a deep clean. It also has an best automatic vacuum and mop mop lifting system, that will raise the pad when it goes from laminate to tile or hardwood to carpets and rugs to prevent the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.

In addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be rinsed and heat-dried within the dock and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. You can set it and forget about it. You only need to refill the water tank or change the dust bag every now and then.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual vac- and mop-settings for approximately 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This is not far off of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims, and is on par with other hybrids I've tried.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only downside is that it's pricey. The number of features make it an appealing choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We would highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end robot cleaner with mop vacuum and mop combo. The price is justified by the robust features, including a large vacuuming capability, as well as two mop heads that gyrate. It also comes with an app-based, smart controller and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well throughout the entire home. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of debris from any type of floor and managed to lift hair that was long without tangling. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's most significant selling point is its advanced docking station that is multi-functional. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag that can be used for dirt, then refills the water tank to mop and also dry your mop pads. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its sophisticated controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance in comparison to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tested. In addition, its mops aren't as efficient in removing tough stains like those in the top Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features it still requires regular maintenance. To avoid mildew and unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water and tanks need to be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly. It is also important to note that the mop pads which are purchased separately, will need to be replaced on a regular basis too.

With the L10S Ultra's high-end pricing and its extensive features I would highly recommend it to anyone who has the funds for it. If you're looking to save money I would suggest a less basic model that will allow you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robot cleaner robot mop and vacuum you could find however, its cost and constant maintenance will make it seem more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're in search of a robot mop and vacuum that can pick up dirt and dust on your hard floors, while taking care of wet mess then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered robovac and mop combo packs a strong 8,000 Pa of suction power, an impressively large battery that can be used for mopping and vacuuming and a top-of-the-line obstacle avoidance. It comes with a roller-mop that cleans itself, making it stand out among other models which require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs that other robots. The roller covers the full width of the bot and is constantly supplied with clean, ozonated water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt. Any dry debris is swept away with the side brushes or swept away into the front bumper. The S1 Pro then discharges the mop water that is dirty into its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements before being then pumped into a larger storage bin. The onboard tank holds a good amount of water, and it can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

Like most best robotic mop and vacuum vacuums and mop sets, the S1 Pro is ready to come out of the box. It does need to be filled with clean water, however this is easy to do within the cleaning dock. If you'd like to use your own cleaner, you can add cleaning solution to dock. If you opt for this option however, you'll be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands, allowing users to select their own choice of cleaning products.

Like many robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map the space and navigated around furniture. The only problem is that it got stuck a couple times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests however this could be rectified when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level vacuum and mop however it has some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it goes. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a large portion of a space before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's powerful suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair from carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite dense, with a wide range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean the entire area that are mapped by this device, or choose individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mop to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

Like the other Roborock models we've evaluated, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is efficient by quickly mapping rooms and cleaning in an organized way. The 'Normal" pathing settings cover a room well, without any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well too, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers such as carpets with thick padding, but may not be able identify smaller objects like rug tassels and electrical wires.

The most obvious flaw with this device is the absence of a mop after vacuum option, which could be an issue for people who do a lot of vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's a good solution: the app offers the option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. This allows you to use the mopping function of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces of dust and debris left behind by the vacuuming. It's a nice feature and can help the robot to make its clean better than its less expensive competitors.
