WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades can give you an increase in certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item by 3. Each upgrade also increases an unspecified substat.

The more modernized gear generally has a greater value for trade as long as it meets low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or very high stat variance (like the eth titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as important for the latter because of the requirement to roll an exact version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader lets players upgrade their gear by transferring the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of armor or weapons. However, the item used to upgrade will remain in use for a long time and will not be able to be used again. Upgrades can also be used to create enchantments.

The upgrader is located in every major city, and is accessible at any time to upgrade your gear. To keep your gear up-to-date, it is recommended that you visit the upgrader every few weeks.

The cost of upgrades will depend on the current level of the equipment being upgraded however, they will always be cheaper than purchasing new gear from other sources. Valorstones

Upgrades are items that can be used for weapon, armor, tool and accessory upgrades. They are purchased by players through NPCs who sell upgrades for items in exchange for different currencies, and may also be found in random treasure lists. Once purchased, an upgrade can be applied to any weapon, tool or armor. button, which will show an image of the item when it is upgraded if the player has sufficient materials.

Upgrade costs vary depending on the slot of the item upgrader kit and the current level of the item. For example weapons cost more than gloves, bracers, or bracers.
