Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mops are increasingly adept, passing our cleaning tests and tackling various floor types. Find models that allow you to select from a variety of modes, and use their charging docks to self-empty, and clean up the stairs.

Many of the best robot vacuum cleaner and mop models are compatible with smartphones. Look for an app that lets you save maps, schedules and select cleaning modes.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

Eufy's gunmetal-and-gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combos available on the market. It uses lidar for navigation and creates maps of rooms and floors.

When I tried the S1 It was quick to map our downstairs, which is home to linoleum flooring in the kitchen-diner and bathrooms, as well as carpeting of medium-pile as well as a large area rug. It easily drove close to walls without colliding with them and even managed to cross thresholds for rooms that are raised without problem, but it sometimes had trouble navigating down stairs in a single step. The S1 also did an excellent job cleaning hard floors with its mop that moved effortlessly on its flat side against the floor and lifting its own weight when it reaches carpet or rug.

Before each mopping session, the docking station on the S1 automatically empties its dustbin and refills its water tank with filtered, clean water ozonated. The dock also adds a cleaning solution into the water for deep cleaning. The S1's water tank can hold enough water for about a dozen cleaning sessions before it has to be emptied, though this can vary based the amount you use the mop.

The S1 requires regular maintenance, just like all 2-in-1 robots. You'll need to periodically rinse out the dirty tank to prevent it from becoming blocked. Also, you'll need to clean the swivel wheels and sensors regularly to prevent them from getting clogged by dirt or dust. Overall the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

This all-in-one robotic mop and vacuum from Ecovacs is a great choice for cleaning needs. The Ecovacs robot vacuum has 8,700Pa of suction and offers numerous innovative features, including full home mapping, voice control, and smart path-planning that eliminates obstacles and cleans around furniture. The mopping capabilities of the robot are remarkable, with mops rotating that actually lift and scrub the floor as opposed to just dragging the pad across it. The mops can also be dried and cleaned at the base station, if required.

This robot combo has an easy interface that guides you throughout the process. It includes a rechargeable hand vacuum for those hard-to-reach areas that the robot can't reach, as well as two water tanks that are automatically emptied and refilled as needed. It also has a range of settings that can be used to fine tune your cleaning preferences.

The Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a great vacuum cleaner. It has a powerful suction which can easily pick up dirt and other debris that other robots that vacuum and mop struggle with. The mops are cleaned with heated water and dried in the base station when needed. Mops are also refilled from the top of the base station as needed.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum that vacuums and mops vacuum and mop were released earlier in the year. However, their latest flagship model is packed with impressive features. It has fantastic cleaning results, and it is easy to maintain. This makes it a top contender on our list of the top robot vacuums and mop. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a longer side brush guarantee a thorough, custom-designed clean.

The X40 Ultra vacuums well, removing both fine and large debris. It is equally effective on hard floors and carpets. It cleaned the dirtiest places of our tests efficiently by avoiding pet hairs as well as other mess. Robot vacuums are great at removing dirt and debris, but they can't reach every bit of dust. That's why it's important to use your regular vacuum at least once every week, and especially to clean dust from corners and on shelves and in the crevices of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot vacuum cleaners reviews that vacuums and mop, is designed to do just that. It is simple to connect it to your home WiFI network and also works with Alexa or Apple Siri.

The Q5 is a stripped down version of the more expensive S-series models from the company, including the flagship Roborock S8 maxV ultra. It has the same LIDAR mapping sensor, but it saves price by eliminating the mopping functionality and by using a cheaper plastic body.

Although it's no longer able to wipe your floors, the Q5 still has some of the best mopping and vacuum performance we've seen from a robotic at this price. It also has a clever application that lets you choose the type of floor and schedule cleanings, and an automatic water tank refill and wash system that allows hands-free operation.

Its mops are also impressive with 2700Pa of power to take on dirt, dust and pet hair on both hard floors and carpets. The Q5 was among the few robots that we tested did not show issues with high-pile carpets and rugs. However, it could not remove kitty-poop or cable tangles. This isn't surprising, since it does NOT contain AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is one of the quietest robot vacuums we have tested, it also uses a unique system to map your home this will allow it to enter places that other vacuums can't reach. It also has the larger bin, meaning that you don't have to empty it as frequently. It also has washable filters which can further cut costs. This robot can detect carpets, and increase suction when needed. The app also allows you to mark off areas you want to avoid this is a useful feature.
